Social Media & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• You will support our marketing team in the strategic and creative development of our social media presence with innovative ideas and relevant content.
• Operational management and development of social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Creation and publication of content (text, image, video)
• Support in campaign planning and content implementation together with the Marketing Manager
• Community management: comments, messages, interaction
• Analysis of social media metrics and preparation of basic reports
• Support for marketing projects such as newsletters, events, and marketing materials

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communications, or media
• First practical experience in social media management desirable (internships, part-time jobs, own projects)
• Creativity and a good sense for digital communication
• Structured and independent way of working
• Good skills in content creation (text, image, and where applicable video) and graphic tools (Adobe, Canva)
• Basic knowledge of Typo3 is an advantage
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills
• Team player with open communication
