Position Overview

MDI Prep Learning is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to help grow our digital presence, student engagement, and brand visibility across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

The Social Media Strategist will develop and manage content strategies focused on education, student success, motivation, test-taking strategies, and healthcare career preparation. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, audience engagement, and how to create impactful educational content that reaches students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies
• Create engaging educational and promotional content
• Manage posting schedules across multiple platforms
• Monitor analytics, trends, and audience engagement
• Assist with video concepts, branding, and campaign planning
• Promote workshops, courses, and student success stories
• Help increase brand awareness and lead generation

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media marketing
