Mission

We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Video Editor & Content Creator who lives and breathes digital storytelling. This isn't just about "editing video"—it’s about understanding the pulse of the internet. You are a "hook master" who knows how to turn raw footage into scroll‑stopping content that drives engagement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process: from capturing high-quality mobile/professional footage to post‑producing high‑impact pieces. You will collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure our brands don’t just exist on social media, but lead the conversation.

Job Functions

• Plan, capture, and execute photo and video shoots optimized for social‑first platforms, ensuring impeccable lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Edit and post‑produce high‑energy videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube, mastering narrative pacing and retention techniques.
• Develop 2D motion graphics and dynamic typography that enhance the storytelling and ensure the message lands even without sound.
• Partner with Art Directors and Copywriters to transform "big ideas" into integrated social campaigns, from initial concept to final optimization.
• Leverage Generative AI tools for creative support, using them to streamline workflows, experiment with visual styles, and enhance ideation.
• Stay at the forefront of social trends, viral audios, and emerging platforms to keep our clients’ content relevant and "native."
• Experience creating, filming, and editing content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing, digital storytelling, hooks, and audience retention techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Generative AI tools.
• Experience with 2D motion graphics, dynamic typography, and social‑first content post‑production.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, internet culture, memes, and viral content formats.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams in advertising agencies, digital content, or social media campaigns.
