Social Worker – Head of School Support

• Further development and expansion of your team of school support staff (personnel selection & case assignment)
• Professional responsibility and continuous quality assurance for the educational services provided by your team
• Appreciative and goal‑oriented guidance and leadership of up to 44 employees
• Participation in planning, development and conceptual tasks
• Networking and maintenance of contacts, e.g. with school management, teachers/educators, parents and funding/service providers

Requirements

• Completed degree in education/pedagogy (e.g., Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Social Management) — Bachelor, Master or Diploma — or an equivalent qualification
• At least two years of professional experience working with children, adolescents or people with disabilities
• Competent, diplomatic communication across different stakeholder levels within a social enterprise
• Confident user of MS Office programs
• Ambition for professional development and a desire to make a tangible impact
