Software Architect (all genders)

In this role you guide customers on technical architecture for business applications, lead software development projects, and act as a senior technical contact across key areas. You will work with a diverse stack to deliver integrated, client-specific solutions and participate from pre-sales concepts through implementation. You mentor a team and help shape PRODYNA's culture while driving performance, security, and scalability. This position offers exposure to modern technologies and cross-functional collaboration to solve real-world challenges.

• Advise customers on architectural choices for new or existing business applications, focusing on performance and security
• Serve as technical lead for software development projects of varying sizes
• Lead and mentor a team in selected areas (e.g., GraphDatabases)
• Develop integrated client solutions using a multi-technology stack (Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka)
• Support projects from pre-sales through implementation and ongoing customer consulting
• Own a defined area of responsibility and contribute to shaping PRODYNA's culture

• Several years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience in technical management of project teams
• Deep knowledge of enterprise and business application development, including cloud environments
• Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
• Strong communication, self-confidence, hands-on mindset, and networking ability
• Fluency in German and English, team player and technical leader
