Software Delivery Analyst - Wave

• Lead client workshops and translate requirements into functional designs for the Wave solution
• Act as trusted advisor to ensure smooth onboarding and capability building for clients
• Manage project deliverables and design dashboards
• Develop tailored solutions addressing client challenges
• Provide client feedback to the product team to improve the Wave platform
• Contribute to operational improvements, new offerings, and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results

• Master’s degree (MBA a plus)
• Experience in IT, consulting, and/or business intelligence a plus
• Project management experience, ideally with large cloud SaaS implementations
• Experience in client service, project management, and change management
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Independent self-management, able to work autonomously or in a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in parallel
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and calculated risk
• Willingness to travel 10–20% and hybrid work flexibility
• Strong communication skills for discussions, presentations, and training
• Fluency in English and German or Spanish (written and spoken)
