With highly precise lithography optics, photomask systems and process control solutions, ZEISS enables the production of ever smaller, more powerful and more energy-efficient microchips – and, through its innovations, plays a key role in shaping the age of micro- and nanoelectronics.For our software development team for assembly processes within Module Integration Software, we are looking for a Software Developer (m/f/x) to further develop, maintain and support complex applications used to control our assembly processes.Your RoleWork as part of an agile software development team in the field of assembly processesImplement complex assembly workflows in close coordination with our internal stakeholdersFurther develop and restructure software solutions collaboratively within the Scrum teamDesign and implement software architectures based on the requirements of different user groups and projectsProvide technical support to the Product Owner in analyzing processes, gathering requirements and estimating implementation effortsTransition developed software into operation, conduct acceptance tests and ensure ongoing supportYour ProfileSuccessfully completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline, ideally combined with a solid fundamental understanding of physicsSeveral years of professional experience and excellent knowledge of object-oriented software development using C# and .NET for industrial machinery applicationsStrong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving mindsetA high level of initiative and strong teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment, combined with clear and effective communicationExpertise in developing complex software systems and a strong understanding of software architectures and design patternsGood knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, version control using Git and CI/CD with Azure DevOpsGood written and spoken German and EnglishYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Jonas Weickenmeier
