Your Responsibilities:

• Establishment, coordination, and technical leadership of an Embedded Development & Verification Team
• Support of employee development, from recruitment and onboarding through to professional growth
• Ensuring an efficient and high-quality development operation within international agile teams in the aerospace environment
• Planning, organization, and continuous development of engineering activities and resources within the discipline
• Active participation in the design and optimization of development processes and methods
• Close collaboration with department and group management
• Further development and optimization of the development tool landscape
• Future assumption of disciplinary leadership responsibility

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in software and/or FPGA development for embedded systems using modern development methods and test environments
• Solid experience in software project management
• Initial experience in technical or disciplinary leadership is an advantage
• Strong passion for quality and for the development of aerospace products or software/FPGA solutions in regulated industries, such as automotive or medical technology
• High motivation to help shape new processes and structures in an agile environment
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential for internal and external communication

A permanent employment contract is offered.

The position is compensated within the framework of the IG Metall collective agreement. The salary development includes several salary adjustments within the first 12 months. The average annual salary during the first year of employment is €82,000. Following this adjustment phase, the annual salary from the 13th to the 47th month is €105,000.
