Software Engineer (Backend): Developing and maintaining desktop software for healthcare audiology products with an accent on robust software design, system architecture, and productivity tools. Focus on designing user-friendly applications, debugging, and collaborating in an Agile environment within the US healthcare domain.

Location: Remote role but must physically reside in Glenview, IL or nearby surrounding area .

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, create, and maintain high-quality desktop software for audiology healthcare products
• Develop and manage tools to improve productivity
• Identify, prioritize, and execute development lifecycle tasks
• Perform validation and unit testing
• Create and update technical documentation
• Collaborate effectively with product managers and team members

Requirements

• Must reside in Glenview, IL or nearby area
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science with minimum 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, Blazor, Razor, Bootstrap, WPF, MVVM, Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Strong skills in software design, system architecture, debugging, and Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Clear and effective written and spoken communication skills
