Your Tasks

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer - Regulatory Compliance Systems (Track & Trace) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the design, development, and evolution of regulatory-driven software solutions that help industry customers and governmental organizations meet increasingly complex compliance requirements.

You will work on mission-critical Track & Trace platforms, enabling product authentication, supply chain transparency, serialization, traceability, and regulatory reporting across regulated industries.

Own and drive the development of Track & Trace and regulatory compliance software solutions.
Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Collaborate with product management, compliance experts, customers, and government stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
Develop integrations with enterprise systems, regulatory repositories, and external data exchange platforms.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and evolving legislative requirements.
Participate in system architecture decisions and contribute to technology roadmaps.
Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and development standards.
Contribute to agile development processes and foster engineering best practices.

Your Profile

Degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent education with working experience.
Several years of professional software development experience with a customer first mindset.
Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as:
- C#
- JavaScript/TypeScript - "React"
Knowledge on RDBMS/NoSQL like SQL Server, Postgres SQL, Cassandra, Cosmos DB, Redis
Understanding of software quality practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the skill to adapt and innovate.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional international teams, ideally with project management experience.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
