Software Engineering Manager (Fully Remote)

• We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow one of our engineering teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own performance, development, and progression of your team, setting a high bar and creating conditions for growth.
• Partner with Product on roadmap planning, ensuring engineers understand the context behind the work.
• Drive hiring and set cultural expectations around AI coding tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive software engineering experience with genuine hands-on technical background.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead with real ownership of team culture.
• Good understanding of Node.js or Python, and React, and excitement about AI coding tools.
