Software Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Lead software projects delivering solutions for customers and contract manufacturers.
Coordinate external developer teams across automation and web application domains.
Integrate AI concepts into software solutions, from conceptual design to deployment.
Drive automation initiatives across software development and operational process flows.
Align customers, internal functions, and suppliers on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
Ensure consistent delivery across parallel projects within an Agile delivery model.

Your Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent higher education.
Proven record in software project management.
Experience coordinating external development teams
with diverse stakeholders .

Ability to integrate AI concepts into software and automation solutions.
Professional English communication for customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred:
Hands-on understanding of AI implementation using AI-assisted development tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft tools supporting software development and automation.
German language skills
