**What Youu2019ll Be Doing**
**Lead software and tool development projects** from planning to delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
**Drive project execution and team alignment** to keep activities on track, transparent, and within scope and budget
**Apply agile ways of working** to improve team efficiency, enable fast decisions, and support continuous learning
**Collaborate across functions and stakeholders** to translate requirements into deliverable solutions
**Proactively identify and raise risks** impacting project execution or on-time delivery to enable early mitigation and ensure successful outcomes
**What We're Looking For**
**Experience managing software development projects** , ideally with exposure to cybersecurity
Ability to **lead in complex, cross-functional environments** and keep projects moving efficiently
Understanding of software development processes and project management practices
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and risk awareness in software projects
Confident English communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
