Software Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d)

The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Senior Quality Engineer within the Digital for Manufacturing department.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Understand business processes and technical architecture
• Work on development for Line Balancing solutions Develop, design and maintain an E2E test strategy for a complex software solution to ensure the delivery as per requirements with good quality and performance
• Perform deep technology root cause analysis and performance improvement
• Write high quality test (unit tests, E2E tests) following best practices
• Monitor of quality performance metrics (e.g. MTTR (Meantime to Resolve), web app performance)
• Train, guide and challenge developers on implementation of quality best practicesVery good communication and organisational skills
• Analytical thinking and comfortable with numbers Independent, proactive way of working
• Social skills and ability to work in a team

Erfahrungen

• Studium:
• - Informatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
• - Wirtschaftsinformatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
• - Data Science - mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
• Berufserfahrung:
• IT / Informationssysteme mind. über 4 Jahre
• Prozessverbesserung mind. über 4 Jahre
• Experience in writing unit tests, component tests, API tests, E2E tests (Cypress, Playwright, Bruno, Vitest)
• Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
• French/German are a plus
• IT Good knowledge Typescript Javascript, HTML, SCSS / CSS Kenntnisse
• Very good knowledge in BDD (Behaviour Driven Design) and frameworks (Cucumber)
• Good knowledge in CI/CD (continuous Integration/continuous development) integration (preferred Jenkins) achieving continuous testing
• Good knowledge of container based applications (Docker)
• Good knowledge with logging tools such as Splunk, Kibana/ Opensearch (preferred) or similar
• Good knowledge of AI tools
