We are looking for a committed and competent software support employee to join our team. In this position, you will be the central point of contact for our national and international customers and will ensure that our software solutions are used efficiently and optimally.
You will conduct online training courses, answer specialist and technical questions by phone or email, and develop tailor‑made solutions for support requests, either independently or as part of a team. In doing so, you will not only take on the role of problem solver, but also act as a knowledge broker and important point of contact between our customers and the development department.
We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated career changers with a high affinity for IT who are willing to familiarize themselves with new topics and provide professional support to our customers—regardless of their previous education or professional qualifications.
