Software Test Engineer (m/f/d) - HW/SW Integration

For our client, a thyssenkrupp company in Bremen, we are currently seeking a Test Engineer (m/f/d) for System Integration. We are looking for a specialist who will perform the integration and testing of software on the test hardware environment, operating within the hardware-software context. This individual is a competent organizer with a strong technical curiosity, acts as a communicative bridge to the development team, and supports developers in working independently. Through strong communication, they actively engage the development team, take on and promote responsibility, and proactively address problems. Their excellent analytical skills ensure a sound evaluation and optimization of integration and testing processes. Participation in defining the requirements for the test environment(s) for integration and system tests; support in creating the software integration plan; participation in integrating system elements (including external units, if applicable) into segments and the system based on the integration plan; participation in analyzing the test basis (requirements, system models, test plans, etc.) and in creating test specifications and procedures; execution and documentation of tests at the segment and system levels; participation in the evaluation, coordination, and control of test automation; participation in error analysis, error tracking, and execution of error retests and regression tests.

• Hochschulstudium in einem MINT-Bereich oder Berufsausbildung mit zusätzlicher Fachschulausbildung (Techniker:in/Meister:in) und spezieller Weiterbildung
• Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei einem Hochschulstudium
• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei Berufsausbildung mit zusätzlicher Fachschulausbildung (z.B. Weiterbildung zum Techniker:in/Meister:in) mit spezieller Weiterbildung
• Erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Testmethoden, Testtools und Standards
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit
