You will collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and refine QA processes. You will set up and maintain test automation frameworks and contribute to code reviews, driving continuous improvement. Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases for new and existing software products in a military context
Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure software quality
Analyze and document test results and create detailed defect reports
Collaborate with software developers and product managers to clarify requirements and optimize processes
Set up and maintain test automation frameworks
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (functionality, security, performance, usability)
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve QA processes

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in Computer Science (or comparable STEM field)
relevant professional experience in software testing
in-depth knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Ranorex, Jenkins or similar
understanding of software development processes (V-Model, Agile)
experience with Jira, XRay, Git
analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured working style
strong commitment to quality
solution-oriented with willingness to pursue professional development
ability to work well in a team
very good German and good English skills
