What you'll do

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to customer data management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for clients and team members.
• Ensure that solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, specifically with Salesforce.
• Proven expertise in customer data management and Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of integration processes and data migration strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven solutions in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of additional CRM platforms or tools.
