What you'll do

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on Salesforce developments and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
• Proven experience in project management and client engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• Experience with other CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of integration tools and APIs.

Skills & tools

• Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Tools for project management and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Apex and Visualforce.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
