Solution Architect SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d)

Job Type: Permanent Full‑time, 38 h per week. Locations: Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Hamburg, Jena, Leipzig, Mannheim, München, Rostock, Stuttgart. Remote availability: medium; Travel: medium. Languages: fluent German and good English.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and public employers on cloud migration and digitisation of HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead all project phases, supporting SAP SuccessFactors projects from planning to Go‑Live and beyond.
• Collaborate with adjacent expert teams to design innovative, integrated IT solutions for advanced HR landscapes.
• Conduct architecture workshops and advise functional departments on requirement feasibility.
• Present solutions and system demos to clients and support proposal preparation.
• Keep abreast of developments around SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and module interdependencies.
• Several years’ experience in IT landscape architecture and integration with SAP solutions (e.g., BTP) and third‑party tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services and interest in related technologies such as Microsoft Entra or Okta.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Bonus (not mandatory): experience with SAP ERP HCM / SAP HCM for S/4HANA and SAP SF EC integrations or SAP Work Zone.

Compensation

Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 per year, based on objective, gender‑neutral criteria.
