Solution Consultant - Germany

In this role, you help prospects and customers envision and realize improved planning with Pigment’s AI-powered platform. You will work closely with Account Executives to uncover needs, shape a future planning vision, and present tailored demonstrations. You’ll run workshops to align stakeholders and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance experiences. This position offers impact at scale within a fast-paced, cross-functional team and travel up to 25%.

• Discovery to understand planning roadblocks and goals and build relationships with prospects and customers
• Develop value propositions and solution hypotheses supported by customer success proof points
• Deliver customized product demonstrations addressing diverse business concerns
• Run workshops to align stakeholders on planning, reporting, and collaboration processes for executives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to meet prospect needs and improve product and processes

• Experience implementing or administering enterprise planning or modeling technology OR pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management/BPM
• Background and/or degree in finance, supply chain, or related field
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with business analysis and financial modeling in CPG, Retail, or Life Sciences domains
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
