Solution Delivery Manager (m/w/d)

In this role you own end-to-end delivery of digital projects, guiding them from kickoff to rollout. You’ll plan timelines, budgets, and resources while keeping cross-functional teams aligned. You’ll build transparent client relationships and proactively mitigate risks to keep projects on track. • Identify risks early and implement practical mitigations

• 3–5 years of digital/software project management in a client-facing environment
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority handling
• Proactive, hands-on mindset focused on solutions
• Comfort working with international, cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Interest in innovative technologies or experience in science, healthcare, or similar industries is a plus
