Solution Engineer | DACH

In this role you drive the technical pre-sales for enterprise customers, shaping how SoSafe solves security challenges. You lead discovery, tailor demonstrations, and confirm technical fit while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You guide buyers through security and procurement steps to win complex opportunities. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic storytelling to build customer confidence and adoption. • Own the technical pre-sales process for enterprise customers
• Partner with Account Executives to align on customer needs
• Lead technical discovery and qualification
• Deliver tailored, value-based product demonstrations
• Validate technical requirements and guide through security and procurement processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing
• Contribute to winning complex enterprise opportunities and customer confidence

• Enterprise pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Lead technical discovery using SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks
• Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations
• Enterprise identity and access management concepts (SSO, SAML, SCIM, RBAC, user provisioning)
• APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures
• Security reviews, technical questionnaires, RFPs, and working with procurement and security teams
• Communicate confidently with technical and executive stakeholders (CISOs, security, procurement, compliance)
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing
• Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• AI literacy in daily workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and curiosity to explore new AI capabilities
• Experience with lightweight automation or scripting is a bonus
