Solution Sales Expert

Solution Sales Executive (SSE) – SAP Business Technology Platform

Responsible for building trust and managing strategic executive relationships with customers’ buying center CXOs to drive demand for BTP solutions, accelerate deal velocity, and grow revenue through a go‑to‑market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and executive relationships with CXO‑level stakeholders, ensuring a continued path to success through the Customer Value Journey.
• Position value through solutions: Understand customers’ business challenges, bring in domain and process expertise, and translate end‑state vision with use cases and prototypes.
• Drive demand and revenue via GTM strategy: Focus on demand generation, accelerate deal velocity, and grow the strategic footprint for BTP solutions.
• Ensure ongoing success to realize sustainable customer lifetime value with AI and Innovation.

Qualifications

• Expert‑level experience in customer relationship management, sales of software license and cloud subscription revenue, and proven track record in solution adoption and expansion.
• Several years of sales experience in business software/IT solutions with success in large, multi‑dimensional sales processes.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SAP BTP offerings and a broad knowledge of SAP solution portfolio and the business processes they enable.
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Location: All SAP locations in Germany – Walldorf, Hamburg, Berlin, Ratingen, Eschborn, Gerlingen, Garching, etc.
