Solutions Portfolio Lead – Cloud and Security

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage technology learning products.
• Identify courses, labs, assessments, and live instructor‑led training.
• Own the performance and evolution of Cloud and Security solutions.
• Monitor market trends and define solution offerings.
• Partner with Sales on opportunity strategy and competitive plays.
• Use data and learner insights to measure program performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content development, or a related field.
• Experience defining and launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context.
• Proven history in crafting curricula and applying modern learning methodologies.
• Experience working closely with enterprise sales to shape and close multi‑stakeholder deals.
• A detailed grasp of the commercial landscape.
• Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple programs simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Data‑informed decision‑making skills.
• Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
