Your mission is to grow solutions and services in Germany by driving demand generation, sales origination, and co-selling opportunities. You shape industry-specific value propositions together with Accenture Song’s strategy and translate them into sustainable business growth.
Offering Activation & Market Focus
You execute and tailor the offering activation strategy within your assigned territory, building market intelligence to identify target accounts and time engagement effectively.
Relationship Management & Field Engagement
You develop and nurture executive- and field-level relationships across partners and Accenture teams to align go-to-market activities and grow joint business.
Demand Generation
Together with alliance and marketing teams, you initiate and run demand generation activities such as enablement sessions, briefings, and events to build early-stage pipeline.
Sales Origination & Deal Closure
You lead sales origination activities, including joint account planning, identifying new opportunity areas and supporting deal execution and closure with account teams.
Client & Internal Alignment
You collaborate across Accenture entities to connect the right experts with the right opportunities, strengthening go-to-market strategies and enabling successful sales cycles.
8+ years of professional experience in sales execution, sales enablement, alliance management, or offering and program development, ideally within Cloud, Marketing, or Technology-driven environments
Strong ability to articulate industry-specific trends and challenges, with specialization in at least two industries
Solid understanding of enterprise software solutions, services, or comparable offerings
Experience working with partners and cross-functional teams to develop and scale business opportunities
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, both virtually and on-site, including travel
Proficient in English and German
