Specialised Account Executive (m/f/d)

In this role you drive growth for Intelligence Center X in the DACH region, engaging enterprise leaders to showcase how low-code and AI-driven platforms enable data-driven decision-making and automated workflows. You will build and manage a high-value pipeline, negotiate complex deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate business value at the C-level. This position sits at the intersection of Mendix-based low-code solutions and Siemens’ AI/data platforms, offering impact across transformation initiatives. You will join a hybrid, international sales team focused on turning AI ambition into real, scale-ready outcomes.

• Identify and qualify opportunities for Intelligence Center X across low-code and AI/data solutions
• Develop and manage a strategic account plan to build a strong pipeline
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to address transformation priorities
• Demonstrate product differentiation for Mendix and Graph Studio/AI Cloud
• Showcase data strategy and automation benefits to enable proactive decision-making
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity discovery to negotiations and closing deals

• Proven track record selling enterprise platform solutions (PaaS, low-code, AI/data science)
• Experience selling to Financial Services, Manufacturing or related industries with a DACH network
• Ability to manage complex, multi-step sales cycles and work with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in German and English with strong communication to C-level stakeholders
• Passion for data-driven strategies, digital transformation, and automation-focused solutions
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
