Specialist Commercial Project Accounting (m/f/d)

In this role you support the financial management of engineering and construction projects, driving transparency, efficiency, and commercial success. You work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast, budget, and analyze variances while ensuring accurate project data and cash flow. You assist with invoicing, revenue recognition, and audits, keeping systems up to date (e.g., SAP). This is a hands-on position with structured onboarding and a clear path to develop project-controlling skills within a dynamic team.

• Support forecasting, budget planning and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate tracking of project-related financial data and cash flow
• Assist in invoice preparation, billing processes and revenue recognition
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Maintain and update financial data in relevant systems (e.g. SAP)

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
