Specialist Debt Capital Markets & Rating (m/f/d)

In this role you support the development and execution of TRATON’s financing strategy, including international debt capital markets and senior bond issuances. You manage investor dialogue and Green Finance Framework initiatives to drive sustainable funding. You also liaise with rating agencies and senior management, delivering analyses and presentations that inform strategic decisions. This role offers exposure to a global, cross-functional treasury environment with a focus on transformation of TRATON’s funding mix.

• Support the development and execution of TRATON’s financing strategy, including senior bond issuances in international debt capital markets
• Manage TRATON’s dialogue with bond investors and support investor engagement across debt capital market topics
• Develop and evolve TRATON’s Green Finance Framework and related green debt offerings and reporting
• Advance diversification of funding sources, instruments, investor base, and markets
• Manage relationships with external credit rating agencies and ensure clear communication
• Lead ongoing credit rating discussions, including annual rating management meetings, Q&A sessions, and liquidity reporting
• Prepare high-quality analyses, decision papers, and presentations for executive committees and senior management

• Degree in Finance, Treasury, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, advisory, rating agency, or corporate treasury
• Strong expertise in debt capital markets, financing instruments, rating methodologies, and capital structure analysis plus knowledge of green financing frameworks
• Proven ability to prepare clear, concise presentations and decision papers for executives
• Analytical, self-driven team player with experience in project work in dynamic environments
• Fluent in German and English
