Your role at TUXEDO

As a specialist for Linux support, you will strengthen our team in Augsburg, Germany, with your knowledge of Linux systems from the user's perspective. You will support our customers in their entry and transition into the Linux world on modern hardware from our company. We encourage you to be courageous. Your field of work covers various exciting areas. The central responsibilities are:

Direct, technical support and advice for interested parties and customers

Assistance before, during and after the purchase of a TUXEDO

Quality assurance for hardware upgrades and repairs

Handling customer feedback through internal processes

Inbound and outbound logistics processes overview
