Specialist Global Corporate Citizenship (d/f/m)— Germany, Düsseldorf, Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Citizenship Specialist (d/f/m) to join our Global Corporate Citizenship team. In this role, you will help drive Henkel's social impact through donation management, long-term social partnerships, and international volunteering programs. You will ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide, from documentation to financial oversight.

What you´ll do

• Manage donation activities, including governance, compliance, budget management and reporting
• Coordinate financial and administrative processes for donations, funding projects and annual reporting requirements
• Build, maintain and further develop long-term social partnerships, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare recommendations, decision-making materials and follow-up actions for donation and partnership activities
• Drive the operational implementation of international Corporate Citizenship programs, including volunteering initiatives such as Build for Generations and UNESCO Team Volunteering
• Coordinate and execute communication activities for your areas of responsibility, including digital channels and website content
• Support the implementation of Corporate Citizenship projects within approved budgets and governance frameworks

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, Political Science, Communications or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Corporate Citizenship, foundations, sustainability, social impact, governance or compliance
• Proven experience managing budgets, financial processes and governance requirements
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple topics and priorities simultaneously
• Fluent in English and German
