WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Nike Energy is a unique team within Nike that creates authentic connections with our most influential consumers, inspiring them to embrace new ideas from Nike and shaping the future of sport at the intersection of culture.

In this role, the Specialist will report directly to the Director, Energy Marketing, Germany, and will work closely with Global Nike Energy teams, Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communications, Product and Merchandising partners. They will also build and nurture relationships with key voices across Germany, including communities, cultural catalysts, creatives, collaborators and organizations that help define culture and represent the future of the brand. Together, the team strengthens Nike’s connection to sport, culture and city communities through authentic, on-the-ground relationships.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong connection to Germany’s cultural landscape and an established network across communities shaping sport and culture today. You bring experience building authentic relationships with creatives, cultural catalysts, collaborators and influential voices across football, music, art, design, fashion and other creative spaces. You are curious, collaborative and future-focused, with the ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful connections and translate cultural insight into impactful brand experiences. You thrive at the intersection of sport and culture and are motivated by strengthening Nike’s connection to the people, places and communities shaping the future of the brand.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in brand marketing, relationship marketing, brand management and/or related marketing functions, with exposure to cross-functional campaign execution.
• Knowledge of cultural marketing in Germany, with an understanding of consumer trends, youth culture, subcultures and Nike’s role within the marketplace.
• An established network and experience building relationships with communities, creatives, cultural catalysts, talent or influential voices across sport, football, music, art, fashion, design and culture.
• Experience working with talent, collaborators or partners and delivering relationship-led marketing strategies and experiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience supporting end-to-end marketing initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to contribute insights and ideas that help shape marketing concepts, experiences and storytelling opportunities.
• A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for bringing plans to life through excellence in execution.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As Specialist II, Energy Marketing, Germany, you’ll help drive Nike’s connection to sport and culture by building meaningful external relationships, executing marketing initiatives and contributing consumer insights that fuel the future of the brand.

You will:

• Support the identification, development and management of cultural catalysts, communities and partners across Germany, aligned to Nike Energy and Germany Marketing priorities.
• Build and maintain authentic relationships with creatives, collaborators, talent and influential voices who shape culture across football, music, art, design, fashion and other creative communities.
• Deliver exceptional relationship management experiences, services and product opportunities for Nike’s cultural partners and collaborators, including through dedicated city-based experiences and engagements.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing concepts, activations, collaborations and storytelling opportunities that connect sport, culture and community.
• Support the identification and integration of collaborators, creative talent and cultural voices into Nike Energy and broader marketing initiatives.
• Assist in bringing Energy campaigns to life across the marketplace in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting project ownership, budget management and executional excellence.
• Gather and share consumer, community and cultural insights that help inform future marketing opportunities and support broader EMEA and Global teams.
