Specialist Information Security (gn) full-time / part-time (hybrid)

As part of a leading European B2B platform for on‑the‑road payment solutions, you will contribute to our mission of driving the transition toward an efficient and sustainable mobility future.

Responsibilities

• You operate and continuously enhance security testing tools (SAST/DAST) and security configurations across Microsoft and/or SAP platforms.
• You ensure secure and compliant operations through monitoring of access rights, user permissions, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• You support Identity & Access Management, including user lifecycle management, role administration, and authorization governance.
• Working closely with development teams, you review and assess code changes, solution architectures, and API integrations against established secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP).
• You identify security risks early and support vulnerability management.
• In collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, and international teams, you help implement secure‑by‑design principles across the organization.
• You coordinate security‑related activities throughout the software development lifecycle and support audit and compliance requirements.
• You optimize and document security controls and automation mechanisms while serving as a trusted point of contact for security‑related questions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience operating and securing Microsoft and/or SAP system landscapes.
• Experience in software development or a DevSecOps environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Microsoft Purview, the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit, SAP Cloud ALM, or comparable solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, API security, and identity & access management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
