Specialist Learning & Development (gn)

We are looking for a Specialist Learning & Development located in Raunheim.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage global high-potential talent pools (program alumni activities, Individual Development Plans, career coaching, tracking job changes)
• Lead and support Change Management activities across the region, especially in Germany
• Co-deliver mid-level leadership training programs (e.g., LeaD) in the region
• Become the single point of contact and expert for regional HR colleagues and business leaders for Learning and Development and Talent COE topics, e.g., soft-skills training, talent assessment, 360 feedback, employee engagement, employee wellness, coaching & mentoring
• Design & deliver first level leadership programs, diverse soft-skills trainings in the region
• Design & deliver team development workshops

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Psychology, Org Psychology, Learning & Development or similar)
• German and English verbal & written proficiency
• Travel 30% within region
• Broad Learning and Development certification and experience, both design and delivery
• Change Management
• Coaching certification (preferred)
• Workshop facilitation, personality assessment, project management
• Talent Management (succession planning, performance management, high-potential development)
• Working independently across the regional HR community at all levels (key stakeholder)
• Resilience, prioritization, self-directed, challenging the status-quo while also driving the basics well
• Communicating & working pragmatically with all levels of regional business management (key stakeholder)
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on attitude & experience (the position does not have direct admin support)
