Specialist Medical Device Reprocessing (AEMP) - Fixed-term for 12 months (Fully Remote)

• You will act as a Genesis I&A Consultant, delivering onsite and remote consulting and education to customers.
• You will develop and maintain expertise in Intuitive technology, reprocessing, and regulations.
• You will independently manage your assigned territory and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consulting and educational initiatives with strategically targeted customers.
• Uncover customer needs, prioritize solutions, and track progress.
• Collaborate with Sales, Failure Analysis, and other internal teams to deliver customized support.

Qualifications:

• B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent biomedical training, with 5+ years of healthcare/hospital experience.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO, MDR, and reprocessing of reusable medical devices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business acumen.
