As a Systems & Processes Specialist (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the development, standardization, and optimization of our operational processes within Land Transport. You will connect operational requirements with system solutions (in particular TMS), drive automation and innovation, and ensure that our processes are efficient, scalable, and future-proof – across sites in Germany and the Benelux region.

Your Responsibilities for Systems & Processes Specialist (m/f/d)

Act as the key user for our TMS and adjacent systems and further develop them in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
Analyze existing end-to-end processes and identify optimization potential to improve efficiency and service quality.
Design scalable target processes and implement them together with operational teams.
Manage system implementations and optimizations – from requirement definition and testing (UAT) to successful go-live.
Develop KPI structures, reporting frameworks, and data models, ensuring high data quality as a basis for informed decision‑making.
Drive automation and integration initiatives, sustainably reducing manual effort.
Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials while actively supporting change management activities.
Work closely with international teams (especially Benelux) and promote standardization and best practice sharing.

Your Profile for Systems & Processes Specialist (m/f/d)

Several years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or process management.
Strong understanding of land transport processes (planning, execution, customer service).
Experience working with TMS or comparable operational systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into structured process and system solutions.
Experience in system implementations, UAT, and process optimization.
Analytical, data‑driven thinking and experience in building KPIs and reporting structures.
Confidence in using MS Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally process visualization tools such as Visio.
Fluent in German and English and capable of communicating through a structured, solution‑oriented way of working.
