Specialist People Systems Implementation Management (f/m/d)

Join our People Services & AI team as a Workday & ServiceNow configuration expert. You will own functional areas, guide releases, and ensure scalable, compliant configurations across HRIS modules globally. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into automated workflows and cross-module processes. This role offers impact by shaping how HR systems support 50+ countries and regional harmonization. You’ll be at the core of enabling adoption of new features while maintaining architecture principles.

• Act as the functional point of contact for selected Workday and ServiceNow areas
• Demonstrate new features, assess license opportunities, and support roadmap discussions
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and translate into scalable configurations
• Configure and maintain Workday modules and support ServiceNow changes
• Document configurations in a reusable, compliant way
• Ensure cross-module consistency and alignment with architectural guidelines
• Analyze Workday releases, validate impacts, and enable feature adoption
• Coordinate cross-module configurations and broader system updates across Workday and ServiceNow
• Translate project requirements into multi-area configuration changes and participate in testing and readiness
• Collaborate with Process Owners, People Services teams, and HR Tech partners
• Prepare stakeholders for testing, releases, and new features
• Contribute to harmonization and standardization across regions and teams

• Several years of hands-on Workday configuration in an international environment
• Experience with reporting, cross-module logic, or complex business processes in Workday
• Experience in digital process design translating business needs into automated workflows
• Broad functional understanding across multiple Workday modules
• Experience analyzing releases, validating impacts, and supporting feature adoption
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD module and configuration or willingness to learn
• Strong requirement refinement, stakeholder alignment, and solution design skills
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident and clear communicator across stakeholder levels
