We are seeking to fill a position as Technical Sales Support/Proposal Management (m/f/d) at our Renningen location as soon as possible.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Handling technical customer inquiries regarding cleanroom products, e.g., FFUs, ceilings, filters, and components
• Creating customized, technically sound, and commercially viable offers
• Analyzing customer requirements and tenders
• Clarifying technical details with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Actively supporting the sales force and key account managers
• Maintaining and tracking offers and opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
• Close collaboration with engineering, production, purchasing, and logistics
• Participating in the further development of our sales processes

Show your expertise

• Technical or commercial training with a strong technical aptitude
• Experience in proposal management, technical sales, or inside sales is required.
• Knowledge of cleanroom, ventilation, or filtration technology is a plus.
• Structured and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of liaising with different departments
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM systems
• Excellent German and good English skills
