Specialist, Regulatory Affairs

As a Specialist, Regulatory Affairs you will be part of our Product Conformity Team and support the alignment of our products with applicable regulatory requirements for the European market. You will provide regulatory guidance across the product lifecycle, maintain compliance documentation, and help integrate regulatory and risk‑based considerations into cross‑functional processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support European regulatory compliance activities for products placed on the EU market.
  • Contribute to market access and conformity processes, including regulatory documentation and declarations.
  • Assist in maintaining technical files and compliance records in line with applicable requirements.
  • Support risk assessments and ensure regulatory and product safety aspects are considered during development and product changes.
  • Work with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Product Management to address regulatory requirements in projects and processes.
  • Monitor updates in EU legislation and standards and support their implementation.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or a related area.
  • Good understanding of the European regulatory framework and related product conformity requirements / safety standards (EN 62841 / EN 60335).
  • Experience in cooperation with notified bodies, test houses, or certification partners.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory documentation.
  • Solid technical understanding of electrical products, with electronics knowledge considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English and a structured, collaborative working style.
