Specialist Shipping (f/m/d)

To support our shipping team we are searching for a Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

What You Will Do

• Independent management and monitoring of outbound shipments and associated administrative tasks
• Coordination of shipping activities with carriers, warehouse, and internal departments
• Creation and processing of shipping documents and corresponding labels
• Ensuring on-time deliveries while complying with all relevant regulations and requirements
• Participation in logistics projects aimed at process optimization
• Maintenance and analysis of shipping KPIs
• Cross-departmental collaboration

Who You Are

• Solid professional experience in logistics or alternatively a completed apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics
• Initial experience in team leadership is a plus
• Experience in project work is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
• Assertive and communicative personality with diplomatic skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong organizational abilities
• Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of customs procedures and export processing
• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift) and on Saturdays
