Position Overview
ProcureAbility, a Jabil company, is a leading procurement services firm helping global organizations transform their procurement operations. The Procurement Analyst / Senior Procurement Analyst role, level based upon experience, provides opportunities to work on a broad range of procurement and supply‑chain initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on sourcing, procurement, category management, spend management and spend analytics projects, ranging from small one‑off scopes to larger team‑based engagements.
- Support project workstreams with tasks such as operational, procurement and spend assessments; stakeholder interviews; modeling and analytics; report writing; strategic sourcing initiatives; market and supplier research; RFx development, management and evaluation; and negotiations.
- Contribute to internal firm‑building initiatives including benchmarking, client research, white‑paper research and development, proposal development and other internal projects.
Qualifications
- 2‑3+ years of supply‑chain, procurement or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company; recent graduates with relevant degrees or internship experience are considered.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (advanced Excel).
- Creative and quantitative problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation development and delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with all levels of organization and client stakeholders.
- Adaptability to engage and cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues across varied corporate cultures.
- Self‑starter and critical thinker with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently.
- Experience with Procure‑to‑Pay platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Benefits
Competitive pay range: $100,100 – $180,200.
