Sr. Full-Stack Engineer

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic full-stack developer with proficiency in backend technologies and a fervor for building scalable systems. As part of our team, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining groundbreaking applications. You will gain experience working as part of a team dedicated to helping to accelerate workflows in design.

What you’ll do

• Build end-to-end solutions using ReactJS and similar frontend frameworks as well as using Elixir or NodeJS for backend requirements.

• Develop backend services, define schemas, data flow pipeline to enable scalable solutions.

• Participate as part of the engineering team’s rotation for being on-call to mitigate service disruptions.

• Contribute in the analysis, design, prototype and implementation of new services/features and improving existing ones.

• Work in cross-functional teams to ensure superb end-to-end user experience for customers.

• Be a proactive self-starter and fast learner who can develop methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.

• Be committed to best practices in software development: design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operation.

• Respond, troubleshoot, and support production systems, performance, reliability, and scalability issues.

• Perform your own pre-deployment QA and build and implement comprehensive unit tests for confirming functionality and performance of new code.

We’re looking for

• Proficiency in Elixir, NodeJS and ReactJS is required.

• At least 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in product development.

• Additional experience with client-side tools like Redux, Redux Saga, and WebAssembly, as well as infrastructure/platform technologies such as Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes is preferred.

• Experience defining APIs and integrating them into web applications using RESTful and GraphQL approaches.

• Knowledge of software fundamentals including design principles & analysis of algorithms, data structure design, and implementation, documentation, and unit testing and the acumen to apply them.

• Comfortable working in an AI-forward engineering environment where tools such as LLM-based coding assistants, automation workflows, and emerging AI technologies are part of the day-to-day development process. We value engineers who proactively experiment with new technologies and use them to accelerate execution, improve quality, and influence engineering best practices.

Expected Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,000 – $257,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In New York, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550.
