Overview

In this role, you drive the development and global management of Retail Concept Hardware, from brief to prototyping and sourcing. You act as a consultancy to the Retail Design team, aligning concept hardware with adidas standards and ensuring scalable, cost-efficient partnerships. You lead a cross-functional vendor network to optimize price, quality, and time-to-market across markets, with a focus on sustainability. You will translate company goals into actionable plans and nurture a high-performance design culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Set up and manage global engineering and manufacturing partners aligned to growth plans
Maintain vendor network to optimize economies of scale and cost structures
Develop and refine processes to maximize supply chain opportunities
Support market Tender processes for Concept Hardware with Procurement
Ensure data accuracy and robust information for decision making
Manage project managers (including 3rd parties) for technical development of global Retail concepts
Consult with Global Retail Design and market partners to maximize scalability and sustainability
Establish clear stakeholder communication and monitor performance to drive high performance
Translate company goals into team actions and business plans; oversee demand management updates
Perform other duties as directed by line manager

Zentrale Anforderungen

Graduate level engineering or graduate level BA
5-7 years’ experience in managing 3rd party supplier relationships internationally
Strong communication skills
Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint)
Experience with workflow/database software and project management
Expert knowledge of construction, manufacturing, and quality control for Concept Hardware in Fixture & Fitting Production and Digital Signage Execution
English - excellent written and spoken
