We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales to join our Adobe CXO business to run our Telco, Pharma and Energy/Utilities verticals, based ideally in one of our Adobe offices (Munich or Hamburg) or remotely.

As Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales you will lead our strategic Telco, Pharma and Energy/Utilities accounts within Adobe CXO. You’ll manage and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely across Adobe’s matrix organization to deliver value and uncover new opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Enterprise AEs
  • Own Adobe’s top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention
  • Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities
  • Collaborate across Solution Sales and CXO teams to execute GTM strategy
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world‑class account management
  • Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives

What You Bring

  • Experienced in leading quota‑carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles)
  • 10+ years in direct SaaS platform sales (software + services a plus)
  • Proven sales track record with CIO/CDO/CMO‑level stakeholders, ideally in some of the following verticals: Telco/Pharma/Energy
  • Experience with complex, enterprise‑level sales cycles
  • Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
