Sr Marketing Specialist

As Senior Marketing Specialist for Aortic in Germany, you will shape the local marketing strategy across the aneurysm portfolio and drive sustainable growth. You work closely with Sales, Technical teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate market development. You analyze customer needs, market trends, and performance to optimize the portfolio and launch initiatives. • Develop and execute the marketing strategy and annual plan for the Aortic portfolio in Germany
• Lead product planning, launches, and lifecycle management
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities
• Own forecasting, analytics, segmentation, AOP activities, and performance analysis of the aneurysm portfolio
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to align priorities and ensure execution
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, professional societies, and reimbursement stakeholders
• Support customer engagement through field presence, communication of clinical data, and sales support
• Coordinate product training and contribute to sales meetings, reviews, and strategic planning processes

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in sales, marketing, or combo in the medical device industry
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, product launches, or market development
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system and reimbursement structures
• Experience building and managing relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
