Sr Product Manager - Managed Shipping

In this role you lead the strategy and delivery of eBay’s shipping experiences, enabling safer, simpler, and more profitable cross-border selling. You’ll partner with regional leaders, engineers, designers, and data scientists to turn delivery challenges into competitive advantages. You’ll drive customer-centric innovations that scale for a diverse global audience and impact the overall shopping experience. This is a pivotal role for shaping logistics capabilities and unlocking economic opportunity for buyers and sellers worldwide.

• Define and implement vision and roadmap for eBay’s shipping experiences aligned with company goals
• Prioritize backlog and coordinate cross-functional delivery of new features with engineers, designers, and data scientists
• Identify and address customer problems across the journey through market analysis and cross-functional collaboration
• Represent the voice of the customer to ensure user feedback informs development
• Define data needs, test hypotheses, and report insights to size opportunities and seed new business cases
• Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and measure success
• Lead experimentation to optimize performance and user satisfaction

• At least 7+ years of product management experience
• Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and customer buying behavior
• Proven track record of launching features that improve UX and business outcomes
• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking abilities
