Sr RF Filter Design Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will design next-generation BAW and SAW filters for mobile RF front-ends within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work with RF device experts to enable high-performance filters and Front-end modules, spanning from concept to production transfer. The position involves co-design with packaging and fabrication stakeholders, plus direct interaction with R&D and test teams to validate devices. You will contribute to IP development and continuous improvement of design flows, shaping the next era of wireless connectivity. • Develop BAW and SAW filtering components for state-of-the-art wireless RF apps
• Support feasibility studies and technical competitive analyses with marketing or project leads
• Design microwave acoustic devices using diverse filter topologies
• Perform acoustic and EM simulations using commercial and internal tools; deliver device layouts for photomask creation
• Collaborate with BAW/SAW process engineers and R&D to understand fabrication variations
• Work with characterization and test teams to fully evaluate devices with RF/Microwave equipment
• Document design techniques and guide product usage; assist transfer to production
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design flow, methods, and cycle time

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant RF design experience or equivalent
• Experience in RF circuit design, EM simulation, layout, impedance matching, filter evaluation, RF characterization, and system-level measurements
• Knowledge of circuit simulation, front-end radio architecture, and fabrication processes
• Extensive experience using HFSS, AWR, ADS or similar tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently
