Sr. Staff Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Services

Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services department, reporting to Manager, Cloud Operations.

Remote or hybrid (San Jose, CA).

Role Overview

This role drives technical program management for cloud and data center operations, bridging infrastructure engineering and customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure.
• Provide management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information to ensure transparency.
• Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation to scale the organization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Effectively utilize project‑management tools including Jira, Confluence, and dashboards to maintain operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with VP‑level stakeholders and navigate executive‑level communications.
• Experience working collaboratively across organizations with strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• Active U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP High, or DoD IL5 compliance authorizations.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Proven track record of influencing without direct authority at senior levels in innovative engineering environments.

Salary and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $200,000 USD.
