Location: Position can be performed from any U.S company office, with opportunity for office and remote work.
Position Description: The Technical Product Manager is responsible for shaping, governing, and advancing assigned technology products and capabilities across their lifecycle. The role serves as the bridge between business priorities and technology delivery, ensuring work is intentionally defined, prioritized, and aligned before entering execution.
The Technical Product Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, Front Office engagement teams, and Back Office delivery organizations to develop roadmaps, define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide investment decisions that maximize business value and operational effectiveness.
This role is accountable not simply for managing requests, but for ensuring technology products are strategically aligned, operationally effective, and positioned to deliver measurable outcomes for Turner. The IS Technical Product Manager exists to ensure technology products and capabilities are intentionally governed, strategically aligned, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
