Overview

In this role you will own and oversee data quality and BCBS239 compliance within SSBI, guiding the RDAR framework across business units. You will partner with Risk, Finance and IT to strengthen data governance, metrics, and monitoring while driving a data-driven culture. You’ll implement DQ standards, controls, and KPIs, and ensure new programs maintain compliance. This is an opportunity to shape risk data management in a global provider of financial services.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Drive DQ management and enhance data collection processes
Own and refine DQ standards, principles, requirements and guidelines
Own, operate and measure DQ issue management process
Implement DQ and Compliance Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators
Manage data quality monitoring mechanisms, reports and dashboards
Implement and maintain tools to automate data quality checks and monitoring
Collaborate with IT to align system capabilities with data quality needs
Partner with Risk and Finance on DQ and Compliance management and oversight
Own the RDAR framework and oversee its execution and compliance
Ensure all new business and IT programs maintain or enhance BCBS239 compliance
Ensure no conflict of interest in responsibilities

Zentrale Anforderungen

Own, manage and deliver large initiatives
Deep BCBS239 experience and understanding
Strong experience with regulatory expectations
Passionate about data and a data-driven culture
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Hands-on experience with data governance and data quality tools
Bachelor's degree in a related field
10+ years in financial industry, preferably in capital markets or financial markets infrastructure; 3+ years in data governance and management
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
